Therapy

• $150 per 45-50 minute hour
• $200 per 50-60 minute hour

Testing/Psychological Evaluations

Full Psychological Evaluations cost $2200 and include intake, face-to-face testing hours, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and feedback session.

All other testing is $200 per hour if a full psychological evaluation is not warranted. Time will include intake, face-to-face testing hours, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and the feedback session.

The cost of Legal Evaluations, or court appearances will be determined by Dr. Dungan on an individual basis.

Insurance

Dr. Dungan is currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Dr. Dungan would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Please note: Even though Dr. Dungan may be in-network with your insurance company, some services may not be deemed as medically necessary and may not be covered. For instance, psychoeducational testing may not be covered by insurance, and you may be responsible for some, if not all of the expense of the services provided.

Telehealth sessions may not be covered by your plan or may be covered differently than regular in-person sessions. It is recommended you call your insurance company to find out more information about your plan.

If Dr. Dungan is not in-network with your insurance company, you will be responsible for the full cost of service at the time of service. Dr. Dungan can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company to be considered for out-of-network benefit coverage and possible reimbursement. In this instance, you may be directly reimbursed by your insurance company for some of the fee you paid if your plan allows.

Payment

Dr. Dungan accepts cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Dr. Dungan also accepts HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
